May 25, 2005: Parental Guidance at the Studio
This was an interesting set. There was a smallish weekday crowd at the Studio, so I tried out a few things I'd been working on concerning families. Parental issues, dead relatives, oral sex and Jesus -- pretty standard stuff, really.
Look, I was
exploring here. Trying out material. Don't give me that look. It's part of the process, dammit.
Anyway, have a look. A few of the lines worked out, a few need some work, and a few... well, let's just say that mom and dad wouldn't be so
proud. Still --
I had fun, so what more could I accomplish, really? It's a weekday.
